When you put your shirt on, you don't have to squeeze your neck into the shirt - just overlap the front where it feels comfortable. You can easily loosen it at any time. Cut with a slight taper at the waist to give it a trim appearance. They are made from a finely woven Polycotton broadcloth. It's care free. You can machine wash and dry them. Two washable reversible collar tabs are included with each shirt.
